We specialize in flexible and convenient training delivered at your site. This way, your staff learns in a familiar environment without the added time and expense of travel.

Typically, 8-12 persons are required for an affordable group rate. And, you're welcome to invite participants from others organizations as a way to share costs.

All topics include useful documents in electronic format, and certificates of completion for participants.

This course will aid participants is navigating New York State’s Consolidated Funding Application grant process - from planning to application submission. Although the focus will be on the Finger Lakes region, participants from other regions will gain significant insight into the process.

Topics include

  • Understanding what’s most important to the Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council and the remaining nine Regional Economic Development Councils
  • Planning programs and projects before submitting a CFA application
  • Preparation of information commonly asked for in CFA grant applications
  • Understanding how to effectively advocate for your CFA project or proposal
