This course offers a step-by-step process — from program design to evaluation — that can help your organization better plan its operations, and develop winning strategies to show agencies and funders why your organization deserves their support. Administrators, program directors, grantwriters and volunteers will find this course useful. Participants receive a logic model template in electronic format, and a certificate of completion is provided.
Topics include using logic models to
- Get your team to use a shared platform to plan and manage programs and projects
- Create and state a program’s outcomes, budget, activities and evaluation plan
- Communicate cost-benefit scenarios and financial needs in meaningful ways
- Make the case for grants and other funding requests
Instructor: Nonprofit Works President, Paul Mastrodonato, has helped organizations plan programs and seek funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies for over 13 years. Paul’s presentation style is known for being informative, interactive, relaxed, and fun.
