Maranne McDade Clay Appointed Executive Director of the Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley
Former Nonprofit Works fund development consultant Maranne McDade Clay has been appointed executive director of the Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley. McDade Clay brings more than 20 years experience as a strategic planning and fundraising consultant in the nonprofit sector to her new position, and has served as co-chair of the Foundation’s Grant Making Committee since 2012 and contributed to the Foundation’s administration and disbursement of more than $750,000 in grants since 2012.
“We’re sorry to lose Maranne, who has helped us provide the highest level of fund development services to the upstate New York nonprofit community for many years,” said Paul Mastrodonato, president of Nonprofit Works. “But we’re gratified to see her receive the well-deserved recognition of her peers through this appointment, and to know that she will be able to help even more people through her work at the Foundation.”
