Training and consulting customized to meet your needs

At Nonprofit Works, we see our role as helping our clients develop the strategies, skills, and tools they need to help themselves — and the communities they serve.

We work with you to identify areas of strength and potential growth, then build capacity to enhance overall effectiveness and create a more sustainable organization.

Our mission is to help you focus on what’s really important: your mission, goals, and the programs to achieve them.

Our services

We offer a variety of training, workshops, and consulting services for individuals and groups in two primary areas:

Fund Development

Securing the resources to support your organization’s work requires program planning, finding the right grants, and identifying and cultivating relationships with potential donors

Communications

Every organization needs to reach its key audiences to promote its mission, achieve its intermediate goals, and document its role and value to its supporters and the broader community it serves
